Tim Harshaw has been a full-time Real Estate Professional for 30 years since returning to Toronto from Uxbridge where he raised his family on their farm just north of town.

Tim has enjoyed success in the Sale and Leasing of all types of Real Estate in the GTA including: Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Investments and Land.

Tim works primarily by referral from past clients and his services as a respected Realtor to many of Canada's major financial institutions, including the Toronto Dominion Bank, Bank of Montreal and Royal Bank, marketing and selling "Power of Sale" properties.

Tim has a strong entrepreneurial and business background, having owned and operated Tim Harshaw Clothiers Limited for 12 years prior to 1986, as well as owning and managing several residential and commercial investment properties.

A proponent of the concept there are always things one can learn, Tim has completed numerous trade related courses and seminars to build on his earlier training in a recognized accounting program (R.I.A).

He believes in a balanced lifestyle and maintaines a degree of physical well-being by working out at Planet Fitness; while relying on his active involvement with Malvern Christian Assembly to achieve spiritual and mental fulfillment.
